A presentation of LESS AS in Dubai, UAE in January 2011 caught the eye of Turkish distributor NEST Medikal. They have now secured a first order with Turkish Health Authorities, and preparedness will be improved with state-of-the-art evacuation equipment from LESS AS, including thermal emergency stretchers, thermal bags and thermal hoods.

During the terrible July 22nd events in Oslo and Utoya, LESS products were up for a real test in a situation nobody thought was possible in Norway. Fortunately, various organizations within Norwegian rescue have emphasized building preparedness in equipment and training. It was evident during this unprecedented event that TAS-3 training from Norwegian Air Ambulance proved itself very useful for many of the rescue workers.

LESS invited to TIEMS Annual Conference in Bucharesti, Romania

The company’s product and concept development together with leading Norwegian rescue organizations has resulted in substantial interest from international organizations working withing rescue and disaster preparedness. Over the last two years, LESS AS has been involved in significant development projects with Norwegian Civil Defense, 330 Squadron and Norwegian Air Ambulance. Mr. Robert Sunde will present a paper on TIEMS Annual Conference in Bucharest, Romania cover first of all the cross-functional development by Norwegian Air Ambulance that has resulted in:
