Turkey building preparedness with focus on hypothermia

They have now secured a first order with Turkish Health Authorities, and preparedness will be improved with state-of-the-art evacuation equipment from LESS AS, including thermal emergency stretchers, thermal bags and thermal hoods.

Prevention of hypothermia is critical in many mass casualty incidents, and Turkey now take a lead in incorporating this in their preparedness set-up.
